If you do not have an existing formal occupancy agreement with us, or if your occupancy has changed, please let us know, making sure you give us three months’ notice.
From 1 June, you'll be able to raise occupancy change notices (OCN) directly on Connect, giving you a faster and more convenient way to tell us when your space usage changes.
You can also use the webform below, but please note we'll be disabling this on 31 July as we move towards a more digital, streamlined platform.
