New 24/7 FM helpdesks from Monday 27 February
On Monday 27 February, helplines providing 24/7 facilities management support for customers across the country will go live, allowing customers to make maintenance requests, report faults and log any service-related queries.
The four NHS Property Services helpline numbers will provide coverage across the eight zones, grouped within four hubs:
Hub 1 – London, South East, South West – 020 3688 2244
Hub 2 – North West – 0844 225 2774
Hub 3 – North East, North Central – 0191 3371593
Hub 4 – West Midlands, East – 01902 575050
Customers can also make maintenance requests or report faults online, via www.property.nhs.uk/fmhelpdesk
The helpline numbers and online portal will replace all numbers that customers currently use for contacting different NHS Property Services FM services and contractors, including out-of-hours.
The FM Helpdesk Hubs will use the information customers provide to prioritise work requests using the available resources. The priority given for any work will be depicted by the FM Helpdesk and will depend on the exact nature of the problem.
The facilities management helplines are separate from the company’s main free phone number, 0800 085 3015, which continues to be available for customers and others for general queries
