David leads on our engagement strategy for our customers and regional stakeholders, providing advice and support to our regional colleagues about how NHS Property Services should respond to healthcare system needs and evidence our value-added activity so we can be seen as a trusted partner for estates and facilities to the NHS.

Before joining NHS Property Services, David worked at Make It Cheaper, a leading UK Energy, Insurance and Telecoms broker for the SME and Commercial markets; prior to this he worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland working in Retail Banking, Corporate Services and National Contact Centres.

Key achievements

  • Part of team that implemented a new national Customer Support Centre for NHS Property Services
  • Implemented the GP Taskforce in Sep18-Mar19; over 90% of our ~1000 GPs were met with and their feedback sought
  • Drove reform of in-branch service in London for high net worth clients at RBS for accessing open credits
  • Improved post-sales experience for energy, insurance and telecoms customers through streamlined processes, moving work offshore and improving quality control.
