Simon is the Deputy Principal Lease Events Manager; responsible for co-ordinating efforts and promoting a consistent high performing team culture. Simon also manages and drives value from head and sublease events across the Midlands and East.
Simon is a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in Strategic Real Estate, Asset Management and Lease Advisory. Simon has over 20 years of commercial surveying experience, having previously held consultancy roles within Knight Frank and was Head of Estates for a division of the Gala Coral Group.
