Matthew is currently the Deputy Director for Companies and Commercial Projects at the Department of Health and Social Care and prior to this role he has held a range of senior financial and commercial management roles in central and local government. Matthew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, and is also a Director of Community Health Partnerships Ltd.
