Our Customer Service Centre can help you with any queries, complaints or facilities management issues. Our Customer Service team will take responsibility for managing your issue through to resolution, tracking and monitoring your request, so you can get an update whenever you need one.

On 3 October, our Customer Support Centre and FM Helpdesk merged to create one single Customer Service Centre to make it easier for customers to contact us and improve the service you receive. That's why you now only need to call 0808 196 2045 for any issue.
