NHS Property Services provides a dedicated customer-focused FM Helpdesk service which acts as the central point for our customers to make maintenance requests, report faults and log any service related queries.
We have recently consolidated our FM Helpdesks to four new hubs covering the following areas:

The FM Helpdesk Hubs will use the information customers provide to prioritise work requests using the available resources. The priority given for any work will be depicted by the FM Helpdesk and will depend on the exact nature of the problem.
The facilities management helplines are separate from the company’s main free phone number, 0800 085 3015, which continues to be available for customers and others for general queries.
