This week, our Facilities Management Onboarding Analyst in the NHS Open Space team is under the spotlight! Meet James Pye as he speaks on his role within the team and how the programme is helping the NHS.
What does an average day for you look like?
I spend most of my days communicating with FM colleagues to ensure everyone is comfortable with the expansion timeline for NHS Open Space, so we can aid a smooth transition with no disruption to any of our customers.
What experience do you bring to the team?
I started my journey within hospitality management. Within FM specifically, I have Operational FM experience in finance and research and development environments. Fun fact – I started my work life as a musician.
What’s next for NHS Open Space?
We are always looking to improve our delivery and streamline our mobilisation; we always welcome and appreciate feedback from our colleagues and customers alike!
