Occupancy agreements and payment of charges

As part of the ongoing improvements we’re making, we’ve been working with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England/Improvement (NHSE/I) to agree a governance framework for occupancy agreements and payment of charges related to our properties.

As part of the ongoing improvements we’re making, we’ve been working with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England/Improvement (NHSE/I) to agree a governance framework for occupancy agreements and payment of charges related to our properties. Steve Oldfield (Chief Commercial Officer, DHSC) and Emily Lawson (Director of Transformation and Corporate Development, NHSE/I) have issued a letter outlining the principles that are expected to be upheld by both ourselves and our customers. Download the letter.
