At NHS Property Services, our focus is providing local services in a clear and transparent way, that meet and anticipate your needs.
During a period of tremendous change for the NHS with the emergence of Integrated Care Partnerships (ICSs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), as well as the impact of COVID-19 on care provision and estates, different types of spaces are required to deliver care to local communities.
We are committed to working closely with our partners across ICSs and PCNs in the South East to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities that exist within your communities. We want to support you with your clinical strategies by not only ensuring your estate needs are met, but to really help you get the most from your estate so you can deliver excellent patient care.

How are we supporting your ICS?
As for supporting our ICS partners, here are some examples of the ways we're enabling better care in your area:
We're rebuilding Hythe and Dibden War Memorial Hospital
The new Hythe and Dibden War Memorial Hospital will serve as a local ‘Area Hub’, supporting West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Isle of Wight Sustainability and Transformation Partnership's integrated care strategy for the 80,000+ population of South West Hampshire.
The new building will provide a welcoming, inclusive, fit for purpose and high-quality facility, creating a positive experience for patients, visitors and the staff caring for them.
Works are due to complete in Spring 2022.
