Introducing our new NHS Open Space website

NHS Open Space enables the flexible booking of clinical and non-clinical space across the NHS Property Services estate, currently offering 700+ rooms across 100 sites nationwide and due to expand rapidly in the next year.

We launched our first booking platform in 2019 and have since listened to customer feedback on how to make the room booking process as simple and streamlined as possible. We have fed this into our new website design, making it more intuitive and flexible to customer needs.

The new website will help health and wellbeing services to:  

• Search faster: easily find what properties and rooms are available with a simpler home page, improved search and filter functions, and a new map view.
• Explore spaces in more detail: access more information on room set up, facilities and pricing, and easily see availability for single or multiple rooms across any date.
• Make quick and complex bookings: add rooms with one click, and manage complex bookings including reoccurring bookings with a new advanced booking tool.
• Manage your bookings: a revamped ‘My Account’ area offers easy access to all the information you need to manage bookings, invoices, credit notes and account access.
• Work on the go: optimised design for both desktop and mobile so you can search, make and manage bookings when it best suits you.
