NHSPS wins Public Sector Team of the Year award
NHS Property Services has won the Public Sector Team of the Year award at the Credit Awards.
The Finance team was recognised for the work it has done to improve its billing process and controls, build better relationships with customers, create savings for the NHS and its support of training and development for Finance colleagues.
The judges said that the entry "displayed a great multi-pronged approach to delivering a positive financial result with excellent evidence of savings, efficiency and improved process, smashing all of its targets."
Mark Smith, Chief Finance Officer at NHS Property Services said: "We're thrilled to have won the Public Sector Team of the Year award at the Credit Awards and I am keen that the NHS is recognised for excellent work whenever possible. This is an amazing opportunity to recognise the hard work of colleagues in what has been a difficult time."
