What to do if you have any suspected cases of Mpox at your site
Following the news about a new strain of Mpox, we wanted to share the process for letting us know about any suspected cases at your site.
In the first instance, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0808 196 2045 immediately.
You should tell us:

Which areas patients with suspected Mpox used (including isolation rooms)

The details of your Infection Prevention Control lead (or lead Practice Nurse within GP settings)
-
If any suspected cases are confirmed
The risk for the UK remains low and we are continuing to follow the UK government guidance to help keep you and your patients safe.
