We provide ongoing maintenance to our building services and assets in a number of ways to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant.

Reactive maintenance

When there is a fault within the building or if something breaks, we will attend within a designated time period and rectify or provide a solution to rectify the fault.

Planned preventative maintenance

We conduct scheduled time-bound maintenance to our building systems and assets, as per the requirements of legislation and in line with best practice and manufacturers guidance, to ensure that our buildings remain compliant and to reduce the amount of reactive maintenance visits.

Inspection and testing

We carry out inspection and testing of our buildings and the assets within our buildings to ensure they are compliant with the relevant legislation and regulations.

Surveys

We carry out surveys and risk assessments of the assets and systems within our buildings.

Minor project works

We conduct minor project works including redecoration works within our buildings to renovate areas which are not up to standard or fit for purpose.

Commissioning and decommissioning of our buildings

We ensure that our buildings are commissioned and decommissioned in a planned and professional way to reduce the impact on our customers.

Asset lifecycle and replacement

We identify when an asset will be at the end of its economic life so that we are able to forecast replacement and provide budgetary advice.
