For non-urgent or routine FM maintenance requests

To report non-urgent or routine FM issues, please fill out this form.  Our team will then process this within 24 hours, upon which you will receive a CORE job reference number and estimated completion time.

From 00:01 on Monday 30th September, all customers should call 0800 196 2045 to report urgent and out-of-hours FM request, which is free for you to call and available 24/7, 365 days of the year.  

This is because we are consolidating our four FM Helpdesk numbers into one central line to improve telephony resilience and support business continuity to ensure we can always provide our customers with a consistent and high quality service.
