Occupier Handbook

The Occupier Handbook is a helpful guide for organisations occupying NHS Property Services (NHSPS) buildings.

This is the first edition of the handbook which we have introduced to help our customers understand our services and the mutual responsibilities we hold. We hope this will build stronger and clearer partnerships with our customers, unlocking the potential of our property and facilities management expertise to help the NHS get the most from its estate and deliver excellent patient care.
