Our multidisciplinary team of property experts offer consultancy services on the most effective use and development of the NHS estate, collaborating with our customers to get the most out of the NHS estate.
We are continually thinking of ways we can support our customers to deliver on the NHS Long Term Plan and offer excellent patient care, and through active asset management we identify innovative solutions to increase the utilisation, quality and value of the primary care estate. We optimise occupation, reduce costs and add value from the repurposing, sale, and development of surplus NHS land, so value released can be reinvested back into the NHS.

Combining property and health expertise
