Did you know that we can provide you with any additional works you may require to your properties, under our customer billable works (CBW) offering?
These works are chargeable because they are additional to the services covered in the ABS or routine maintenance.
These types of works can include but are not limited to, hanging photo frames and noticeboards, installing electrical sockets, window blinds, putting up shelving or any additional cleaning requests.
What's the process?
Your Estates Co-Ordinator will work with you to understand your requirements and manage competitive quotes to find the best price, either using our dedicated in-house teams or reliable pool of contractors.
Your quote will be sent to you for approval using our newly integrated DocuSign process. DocuSign is a simple and secure way for sending and receiving approvals. You must return your quote to us within 30 days, using DocuSign’s electronic signature feature. You will receive helpful reminders for this.
If we do not hear from you after 30 days, your request will be cancelled. Upon successful and satisfactory works completion, our payment terms are also 30 days.
What's changing?
Our Customer Billable Works (CBW) service has been in place since 2021, and we’re committed to providing you the best value for money. Our in‑house rates have remained unchanged since launch, but from 1 April 2026 you'll see a small increase to our CBW engineer and additional cleaning rates.
This is to help us keep up with increased labour and material costs. As part of the NHS, we work on a cost-recovery basis, and these changes will help us continue delivering a safe and high-quality service for you.
