Careers at NHS Property Services fall into four broad service lines:

Asset Management
The goal of our asset management teams is to optimise our portfolio to generate as much value as possible. Asset management responsibilities include the disposal of properties that are no longer needed, as well as finding new ways to make properties more efficient and fit for purpose.

Construction Project Management
Revenue and capital receipts generated by the work of NHS Property Services is reinvested back into our estate, which means that we need an expert team to construct and deliver new, state-of-the-art facilities. We work closely with customers to make sure all new facilities are affordable.  

Facilities Management
We offer full facilities management services to our customers to let them focus on doing what they do best – provide vital frontline care. This ranges from ‘hard’ facilities management, such as looking after the fabric of the building and gardens, to ‘soft’ facilities management such as cleaning, catering and waste management.

Support teams
Behind all our services are teams of dedicated experts who make sure the mechanics of NHS Property Services run smoothly. These include staff in Customer Services, IT, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources, Procurement and Governance.
