Supporting patients

Our core purpose, which is at the heart of everything we do, is to enable excellent patient care.

How we enable excellent patient care

We know that visiting a GP practice, health centre, hospital or any other healthcare setting as a patient can often be a worrying or stressful experience, and the environment within which you are being cared for or treated can have a big impact on that experience.

Patient needs are also changing as we become more digital and look for alternative options for care.

With these things in mind, we provide our 3,000 buildings and 7,000 occupiers with best-in-class property and facilities management so that patients can get the care they need in the best place and space for them both now and in the future, and allowing healthcare professionals to focus on delivering that care.
