Strategy, vision and values

Our vision is to be the best property and facilities provider to the NHS.

We’ve worked closely with our colleagues to develop a shared set of values that support this vision and underpin everything that we do.

These values have been embedded across our organisation to demonstrate the standards and principles we expect our colleagues to embody, supporting the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan and enabling excellent patient care.

We've developed a new roadmap for the coming year that will enable us to build on the progress we’ve made and drive meaningful, positive change across the NHS estate and the patients it serves.

Our Customer Charter

Working in partnership with Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England/Improvement and our customers, we have developed our first customer charter.

This sets out our promise to customers, outlining how we will work with them, what we need from them, and how to get in touch with us.
