The Executive Team
The NHSPS Executive Team provide a strategic focus and operational leadership to the organisation.
They set goals, develop strategies and ensure those strategies are executed effectively. The Executive Team recognise that how well they function as a collective leadership body, and how its members interact, not only has a direct impact on the performance of the organisation but reflects the organisation's culture.
The Executive Team embrace and value their differences, skills and experience, they listen and communicate well, seek input from each other, trust and respect one another and their colleagues. The Executive Team's work is overseen by the Board of Directors.
