Chief Customer Officer

Jackie joined the NHSPS Executive Board in May 2023 as Chief Customer Officer, bringing her expertise in customer experience and strategic relationship management to deliver the business’ customer strategy.

Jackie joined from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), where she held the position of Executive Director for Customer and Product. She brings significant executive level expertise in building customer relationships, business improvement, as well as extensive leadership in customer experience.

A specialist in the construction and property industry, Jackie also has experience in facilities management and delivery for organisations including Connaught, Ordnance Survey, and Kier Group plc, working with many high-profile customers including HS2.
