The Occupier Handbook is a helpful guide for organisations occupying NHS Property Services (NHSPS) buildings.
This is the first edition of the handbook which we have introduced to help our customers understand our services and the mutual responsibilities we hold. We hope this will build stronger and clearer partnerships with our customers, unlocking the potential of our property and facilities management expertise to help the NHS get the most from its estate and deliver excellent patient care.
This edition of the handbook includes information on:
How to contact us for customer support, facilities management, compliments and complaints.
Our approach to charging, paying rent, and occupancy agreements.
Effective building management including energy savings and health and safety.
Your guide to occupying an NHS Property Services building
Please take the time to read this handbook as it will answer some of the common questions you may have.
We welcome your feedback and encourage you to get in touch with your comments and what you would like to see in future editions.
