At NHSPS we are committed to nurturing talent and developing expertise through providing relevant vocational and professional apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships offer exciting opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Apprentices of all ages, in a variety of roles, can benefit from comprehensive learning and develop their professional skills supported by on the job and off the job experience.

Graduate programme

This year we will not be recruiting onto the RICS Graduate Programme, but you can learn more about our programme and hear from our current graduates in the meantime.

"We feel now is the right time to reflect on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and re-align our programme to better reflect changes in the market and ways of working, so that we can continue offering a high quality programme and develop talent that can best support the NHS. We aim to relaunch the programme and resume recruitment in late 2022, so watch this space!"
