Our teams

Asset Management

The Asset Management team aims to help the NHS get the most from its estate. The team is made up of a number of smaller functions including Portfolio Optimisation, Property Management, Investment Management, National Office Programme, Property Development, Evaluation and Analytics, and Legal.


Operations oversees all service delivery channels to provide effective FM services, delivery of capital projects, construction works and the management and monitoring of our health, safety and technical compliance. The team covers the following key areas: Facilities Management, FM Strategy, Construction, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Technical Services, Procurement, Vendor Management and Service Improvement.


Finance is responsible for all aspects of our financial management and reporting including Business Programmes and Cost Transformation, Finance Business Partnering, Finance Operations, Group Financial Control, Property Management Accounting, Risk and Governance and Working Capital Management.

Customer Services, Marketing and Communications

This function ensures our customers and stakeholders are well informed and the values and messages of NHS Property Services are reflected externally. The team includes Brand, Marketing, Internal Communications, Press and Public Affairs, Customer Support Centre and Corporate Social Responsibility.  

Technology Services

Technology Services is a consultative partner and service provider in enhancing business operations, improving business productivity and raising business performance. The team is formed of Strategy, Performance and Governance, Business Insight & Effectiveness, Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCOE) & Delivery and Product and Service Delivery.

The People team

The People team works hard to enable and support our people who are key to our organisation. The team is divided into Business Partnering, Pay & Reward, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Talent and Performance.
