Report a non-urgent facilities management issue

You can now log non-urgent FM issues and jobs via Connect, our online portal. You can also use Connect to track the status of your job, as well as raise queries and see other jobs raised for your site.

Make sure to include the following details:

  • First name 
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Customer name or account number
