£1 million state-of-the-art ambulance base for the Northwest Neonatal Transport Service has been acquired by NHSPS is now open in Warrington. The new base will link over 25 hospitals to care for thousands of babies every year. Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre will act as a major hub for swiftly diagnosing serious illness and diseases. The new centre will cost circa £24.6 million, with unanimous planning approval secured from Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council. NHS Property Services is working closely with NHS Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland Integrated Care Board to deliver the scope of works.
