Karina has 30 years' experience in health and disability sector in the UK and New Zealand working in primary and secondary care. She has experience in managing clinical services, organisational change and improvement, estates and facilities and strategic asset management.
Over the last 20 years she has developed her expertise in estates management and development including strategy for office, general practice and community hospital schemes. She has a strong track record of delivery of significant investment projects from business case to operational delivery. At NHSPS her work has focussed on optimisation of the NHS estate. She has a national role within our Estates Strategy team with a particular focus on Primary Care.
