Rina was appointed as Chief People Officer in January 2023, leading the People Strategy at NHSPS. Rina works to strengthen the Colleague Value Proposition (CVP) and ensure NHSPS can ‘Get, Grow, and Keep’ great colleagues.
Since joining in 2016, Rina has driven initiatives to enhance career development, engagement, and inclusivity, ensuring colleagues feel valued and supported. With responsibility for overseeing talent management, leadership development, and cultural transformation, Rina champions a workplace where colleagues can thrive and progress.
Previously, Rina held roles at the Department of Health and Social Care, Centrica Plc, and Publicis Group. She is also a Trustee for Avenues Group, reflecting her commitment to people and communities.
