Community Celebrates Opening of Chiswick Health Centre with Local Leaders and NHS Partners
The £23 million facility is an example of the NHS’s 10-Year Health Plan’s ambitions: an inclusive, community-focused, fit for the future space supports prevention, integration, and wellbeing. Since opening in March, the 3 GP practices housed in the centre have provided healthcare services to over 14,000 patients.
Official opening of Harold Moody Health Centre in Southwark
The new Harold Moody Health Centre has opened on Southwark’s Aylesbury Estate, rehoming two local GP practices, and providing a brand-new neighbourhood base for delivery of community health services.
Former vacant space delivering thousands more health tests in Redcar every year
NHSPS and University Hospitals Tees have repurposed vacant spaces in Redcar Primary Care Hospital by building new MRI, CT and cardio exam rooms. The project is funded by NHS England, via the national CDC program with support from NHSPS, and the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System’.
Ingol Healthcare Centre officially opened
NHSPS, Preston City Council and Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board celebrated the delivery of has delivered a full refurbishment and seven new clinical rooms to Ingol Healthcare Centre. The site is a result of the growing demand for GP clinical services and improve the sustainability of the building.
NHS Property Services Chair Welcomes launch of 10-Year Health Plan at Stratford Health and Wellbeing Centre
The Chair of NHS Property Services has welcomed the launch of the Government’s ambitious 10-Year Health Plan, aimed at building a neighbourhood health service fit for the future. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Health and Social Care Secretary Wes Streeting and Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves unveiled the Plan for Change at the Sir Ludwig Guttman Health and Wellbeing Centre in Stratford.
£24.6 Million Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre Officially Opened
NHSPS is delighted to announce that Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) is now officially open. Delivered by NHS Property Services (NHSPS) in partnership of NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB) and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL), the state-of-the-art facility is the first of its kind in Leicestershire and will offer a wide range of diagnostic tests closer to home, giving greater choice and easing pressure on our busy hospitals.
