Chris Philbedge
Chris has worked within NHSPS as both a Strategic Estates Advisor and Senior Portfolio Optimisation Manager. His previous roles have included working within private sector organisations developing and managing GP surgeries and community clinics, delivering both innovative and value for money estate solutions.
As Regional Partnership Director for the East of England, Chris works with the region’s Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) to deliver key estate requirements that support clinical strategies. He engages with senior stakeholders in these organisations, driving a collaborative approach to progress and deliver transformational projects for the optimisation of NHS estate.
