Lease Events Manager (South & Pharmacies)
Will works as a Lease Events Manager within the Lease Events team at NHSPS overseeing both head lease and sub lease events across the South of England where he works to increase the efficiency of the portfolio and drive cost savings. He also manages pharmacy lease events across the country including lease renewals, rent reviews and surrenders.
Will is a Chartered Surveyor with two years post qualification experience. Will has worked across various different functions withing the Asset Management department at NHSPS, and now specialises in Lease Advisory and Landlord and Tenant matters.
