Daniel joins NHS Property Services (NHSPS) with over 15 years' experience in managing large and diverse property portfolios. In his new role as Relationship Partner he works with NHS organisations in the North of England to deliver transformational projects for the NHS estate.
In previous roles Daniel has worked at Harrogate Borough Council and Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, where he has managed large and varied estate. At Harrogate he also worked with Economic Development teams to manage space for new start-ups and businesses in the area, and at Bradford he managed the property team handling a range of Leasehold and Freehold disposals that have saved significant running costs and provided a fit for purpose portfolio.
Daniel joined NHSPS as a Principal Property Manager, managing a team of 6 surveyors, a portfolio of 450+ properties (across Yorkshire, Nottingham and Derbyshire), and a budget of over £25 million per annum. A key project included implementing a large office rationalisation projects for a Foundation Trust which enabled community services teams to work remotely, boosting productivity as well as reducing property running costs.
In his current role as Relationship Partner for the North region, Daniel engages with senior stakeholders within Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to support the delivery of key estate requirements that support their clinical strategies. He also works across the NHSPS Portfolio Optimisation team and wider business to develop and deliver solutions to meet ICS priorities.
