Jake joins NHS Property Services with over 25 years' experience in business, organisational and real estate management consulting and customer relationship management within the UK and Ireland. In his new role as Regional Partnership Director he works with NHS organisations in London to deliver transformational projects for the NHS estate.

In previous roles Jake has worked as a management consultant for Deloitte LLP and IBM Consulting, providing advice to a number of public sector organisations including the NHS, MOD, MOJ, Home Office and Local Authorities; and also to the private Financial, Corporate and Energy sectors. Prior to this he worked for JLL and DTZ as a Real Estate Consultant, advising corporate clients on their property portfolio and location strategies. Throughout these roles he has built demonstrable success in developing senior relationships, servicing business, managing experienced teams and providing wide ranging real estate related solutions to complex organisational issues across both private and public-sector.

At NHS Property Services Jake has worked within the Portfolio Optimisation team, overseeing many high-profile projects within London including site vacation and disposal; early scoping for potential development opportunities, consolidation and optimisation of health centres, admin space and larger more complex community hospitals. Some of the higher profile projects include the disposal of Marie Foster Nursing Home, the consolidation and development of Edgware Community Hospital, and the development of St Leonard's Hospital. 

In his new role as Regional Partnership Director for the London region, he works with senior finance and estates leaders of the 5 Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) and the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) management to deliver transformational projects for the NHS estate. Through London's active Estates Board he also regularly interacts with other senior customers such as the Greater London Authority, Local Authority management, NHS Trusts, Local Medical Committees and One Public Estate.
