James manages the NHSPS Lease Events Team, with a primary role of managing and executing Headlease and Sublease activity across the portfolio, and delivering cost efficiency for the NHS.
His team manages and provides savings across one of Europe’s largest portfolios of 1,032 Leasehold properties with a passing rent of £117,571,000.
James brings over 20 years of surveying experience, in managing Regional Property Management teams and managing Occupancy Regularisation for NHSPS. Previous commercial experience includes Local Government and secured lending valuations for commercial property investment banking. James has 8 years’ experience working within the Health Sector.
