We take complaints very seriously. If you are unhappy with our service and would like to submit a complaint, we will investigate the situation and take the necessary action(s) to mitigate the concern. NHS Property Services has moved to a new finance system, which means we no longer use the Oracle system and SBS no longer provide support to our payment system.
