Adrian is Development and Planning Director at NHS Property Services, where he leads an in-house multidisciplinary development and planning team.

The team work to deliver quality healthcare environments and realise latent potential from the NHSPS Estate in the course of implementing a co-ordinated strategy of improvement and renewal of the portfolio providing clinical services. Adrian has built a reputation over 30 years in real estate development, asset management and investment, and brings a wealth of experience to the NHS.
