In previous roles Susan managed a varied portfolio as a Senior Property Manager at Kent County Council, and more recently at a niche consultancy specialising in supporting educational establishments to develop sites via enabling schemes. Her major projects include a back office rationalisation programme for Kent County Council - which included disinvestment of a number of leasehold properties and the acquisition of 2 key office sites in Kent - and supporting positive planning consent for a new education facility with enabling residential development in both Kent and Hertfordshire.

At NHS Property Services, Susan works with Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) in the South East region to better understand their clinical strategies and estate needs. She provides the right support to ensure delivery of key projects, some examples being key disposals at Ewell Road and Hawks Road in Richmond and Kingston, West Kent CCG Hub Strategy, and supporting Kent & Medway STP to develop their Estate Strategy. Her key customers include Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across Kent & Medway, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Buckingham, Oxfordshire and beyond. 

Susan has a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Management, is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Better Business Case (5 case model) Practitioner.
