How can we work together to shape the NHS estate for the future?
We are actively working to transform the NHS estate, ensuring our buildings are run as efficiently as possible, helping NHS organisations put the spaces they occupy to best use.
We work closely with our customers and partners to make better use of NHS space, and have a range of teams and programmes to support them on this.
Working with us, you can:
- Hand back underused or empty space with our Vacant Space Handback Scheme.
- Open up sessional space to more services with NHS Open Space.
- Create spaces for smarter working with our National Office Programme.
- Keep us up to date with changes to how you use space via our Occupancy Change Notification Form.
- Let us know about any issues in your buildings through our Facilities Management Helpdesk.
- Clarify the space you use and bills you pay by signing an occupancy agreement with us.
