NHSPS Appoints New Chief People Officer

NHS Property Services has appointed Rina Pandya as its permanent Chief People Officer.

Rina started at NHSPS in 2016 as Head of Human Resources, progressing to Head of People, and finally, Head of People Transformation and Culture. Throughout Rina’s career, which spans nearly 20 years, she has held similar human resources roles at the Department of Health and Social Care, as well as Centrica and the Publicis Group. 

In her new role within the executive leadership team, Rina will shape the company’s people strategy, so that colleagues are able thrive in an inclusive workplace. Equally, Rina will continue to drive NHSPS’ get, grow, keep talent culture that promotes attracting, developing and retaining colleagues who are experts in their field.

“I am delighted to take this next step in my career. I have seen NHSPS go from strength to strength, and I am excited to lead a function who work collectively to create an inclusive and supportive culture,” Rina said.

“Our colleagues are the backbone of the business – they are the ones who place our customers at the heart of all we do – and we will continue to support them in our primary purpose to enable excellent patient care.”
