At NHS Property Services, our focus is providing local services in a clear and transparent way, that meet and anticipate your needs.

During a period of tremendous change for the NHS with the emergence of Integrated Care Partnerships (ICSs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), as well as the impact of COVID-19 on care provision and estates, different types of spaces are required to deliver care to local communities.

We are committed to working closely with our partners across ICSs and PCNs in London to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities that exist within your communities. We want to support you with your clinical strategies by not only ensuring your estate needs are met, but to really help you get the most from your estate so you can deliver excellent patient care.

How are we working with your ICS?

Looking across the ICSs we support in the region, here are some examples of the ways we're enabling better care in your area:

  • South East London - Joint working with NHSE, ICS team and primary care practices to significantly progress refurbishment and extension initiatives at Crowndale and Erith Health Centres.
  • South West London - Completed refurbishment of space at The Wilson Hospital to enable a social prescribing hub.
  • North West London - Advancement of two significant new build health facility projects to business case at Chiswick Health Centre and Northwood and Pinner Community Hospital.
  • North Central London - Working collaboratively with the ICS and CCG to optimise the retained estate at Edgware Community Hospital and providing expansion space at Somers Town Health Centre
  • North East London - Combining with NHSE and the CCG to support local practices through providing improved space at practices in the Barking Havering Redbridge locality.
