Graduate testimonials

Lambert Webber

‘’I recommend the graduate scheme to gain excellent experience and learning opportunities. Good access to various projects across rotations in different workstreams and departments which really gives you a good overview of commercial property, not just limited to healthcare. I’d emphasise how the support is there for working towards the APC both structured and from a supportive culture from all other colleagues, which has proved beneficial for my development.’’

Scott Harris

“The best thing about the job is the variety – no two days are the same, one day you can be working with external architects and planners, the next presenting internally to management. I have had real responsibility from day one, working in a team and benefiting from their experience, which makes the NHS Property Services Graduate Scheme really enjoyable.”

Harriet Morgan

‘’The Asset Management Graduate Scheme offers a breadth of experience to all graduates. By the time I take my APC in October 2018, I will have rotated across four different departments which I know is a very fortunate position after speaking with other graduates in other firms who don’t even get to rotate once or only a couple of times across their scheme. Also, I have been very impressed with the fantastic support network and APC training guidance that we all receive, individually or together. I am very grateful to all those who invest so much time into our development.”

Matthew Osborne

‘’The NHSPS graduate programme is very well organised – having the opportunity to rotate into four different departments, each related to an APC competency, has really helped my confidence leading up to the final assessment. I also think that there is a really good support network at NHSPS – not only the organisers of the graduate programme, but a lot of members of staff have completed the APC and are always happy to give help and advice.’’
