Harry Adams
"The graduate programme is comprehensive in its structure and delivery and I have thoroughly enjoyed it thus far. I am confident that I have the right level of support to be successful and the track record at the company shows this.’’

Josh Hammett
"The graduate scheme at NHS Property Services gives you a great opportunity to prepare for your APC through gaining experience and knowledge in various different aspects of commercial real estate. The responsibility varies from supporting other managers to leading on projects, which is great way of learning and developing. The support and guidance given throughout the scheme is brilliant.’’

Matthew Osborne
"I joined NHSPS as a graduate surveyor in September 2016. My first rotation was in the Transactions team, followed by Property Management, National Office Programme, and Lease Events Management. I got involved in some really interesting projects which helped me to prepare for the APC. It was really difficult to decide which team I wanted to join after I qualified but the support from my APC Counsellor helped me chose the right team for me - which was perfect!’’

Ben Fielding
"As a recent graduate coming to the end of my first rotation, I cannot speak highly enough about my time here so far. Working in the National Office Team, I have had the opportunity to assist and work on office strategy projects from start to finish. The support I have been given so far I feel is giving me a great platform to succeed in my APC.’’

Adam Dyer
“The best thing about the job is the level of responsibility you will be given in such a short space of time. You’ll be trusted to lead on parts of projects working directly with consultants and our customers. Getting this level of responsibility across four fantastic teams as you rotate across Asset Management, will give you the breadth of experience you need to pass your APC. I’ve really enjoyed my first year at NHS Property Services and think it’s one of the best and most supportive environments to develop into a qualified surveyor.”

Matt Waterworth
“The graduate scheme at NHS Property Services has been a brilliant way to prepare for my APC and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with every team I have rotated into. I have had the chance to rotate into four different departments of the business where I have been given fantastic opportunities to gain experience and knowledge on several aspects of commercial property, while being given real responsibility to tackle challenges on my own. The company also offers an excellent support network. Chartered Surveyors from across the business are always happy to assist and advise on every aspect of the APC process, which has been hugely helpful when preparing for my final assessment.”
